Multilevel two bedroom home. Home includes a living room, kitchen, and a half bathroom on the ground level, both bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. There is a tv downstairs in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms. The house is in a safe neighborhood and there is a large parking lot on the side of the apartment so plenty of off street parking. Enough room for pull in and straight out with a truck and trailer! For reservations longer than 2 nights, we do have a washer/dryer available

The Blue Maiden - built in 1880

This unique place has a style all its own. Recently updated, the Blue Maiden was built in 1880 as a home to the servants who worked in the mansions prevalent in Farrington's Grove. She is 1.4 miles from downtown and ISU campus, between two hospitals, and convenient to St. Mary of the Woods College, IVY Tech and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. She is close to I-70, one block from US 41, and maintains many of her original Victorian charms. She is less than 5 miles from the new casino!

Centrally located to 3 colleges and 2 hospitals in a peaceful neighborhood, this cozy, open concept studio guesthouse is perfect for a short- or long-term stay. This newly renovated garage apartment to guesthouse requires no steps and features a spacious fenced in area for your pet. Creativity abounds in this uniquely decorated space. It features a king-sized bed as well as queen sized sofa sleeper. The kitchen is well stocked and has a coffee/tea bar for your enjoyment. Pets are welcome.

The Goat-el at Old 40 Farm

If you enjoy unique spaces & love animals, this is the apartment for you. Stay in the most unique "barn" you'll find. This loft apartment includes a full bath & is shared with 20+ goats & other farm animals. You're sure to have a memorable stay. There is a small pond on the property & ample free parking. If you time your stay right you could join in goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment!

The Main Street Retreat-NO CLEANING FEES

Enjoy your time to simply get away or as a must need sleep over due to travel or work. Only 14 miles south of I70. A Dollar General Store, Subway and Gas Station are nearby. Ten minute drive south to Sullivan for Walmart, restaurants, and grocery stores. Fifteen minute drive north to Terre Haute for all the city attractions. County and State Parks are near by as well. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the sofa has a memory foam queen size pull out bed. We’ve added a desk in the dining room and a cute coffee bar in the kitchen. You can enjoy the enclosed front porch while relaxing in the rocking chairs. We have a full size washer and dryer located off of the kitchen .

Wabash River House

This home is situated on the river, offering a private setting with quick access to other amenities. It’s only 5 miles to I70, 3 miles to Indiana State University, 7 miles to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and 6 miles to Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.
