Riverside Dream Apartment

Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Eco Countryside house by Simojoki river & hottub

If you are looking for a place next to river and nature this is your target! This cozy house built on 1970's suits really well for families (5 bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom and 2 toilets). The whole house is in your free use. The river is only 18 meters away from the house. We are not offering luxury apartment but instead something better. We offer cozy, spacious and relaxing oldfashion countryside house with excellent hiking, fishing, berry-picking and ice fishing possibilities.

Tunnelmallinen mökki osittaisella lasikatolla

2019 valmistunut ainutlaatuinen mökki osittaisella lasikatolla luonnonkauniissa ympäristössä järven rannalla. Mökissä on mikro, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi ja leivänpaahdin. Voit nauttia vain valmisaterioita. Rannalla tulipaikka/laavu käytössä. Autopaikka pihassa. Talvella jäällä voi kävellä. Lentokentälle 17 km , lähimpään City-markettiin 13 km ja keskustaan 17 km. Majoittaja asuu samassa pihassa. Vieraat saavat liikkua pihalla vapaasti. Naapureiden pihat ovat yksityisiä.

Kultasärkkä

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Ranta-Erkkilä - Maaseudun rauhaa Simojoen rannalla

Rentoudu luonnon keskellä Simojoen törmällä! Pihalla hyvin tilaa lapsille. Pihalta pääsee metsään, jossa menee polkuja ja talvella kelkan jälkiä. Talossa keittiö, puulämmitteinen sauna, pesukone, kuivausrumpu, tv, ilmalämpöpumppu, wifi ja näkymä Simojoelle. Valmiina petivaatteet, pyyhkeet ja pesuaineet. Lapsille leluja ja pelejä! Viehättävä hirsimökki Kemijoen rannalla

Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella v. 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä terassi . Toinen erikseen kesäaikaan vuokrattavissa oleva sauna on aivan rannalla, saunan yhteydessä on palju sekä 8h grillillä varustettu huvimaja. Suotuvene käytössä asukkaille. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan. Hanoista tulee lähdevesi. Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

Viihtyisä pihatalo meren läheisyydessä. (100m2).

Lämpimästi tervetuloa majoittumaan sadan neliön viihtyisään omakotitaloon, rauhalliseen ja idylliseen merenrantamiljööseen. Majoitushintaan kuuluu petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet, ruoan laittoon tarvittavat perustarpeet (mausteet, ruokaöljy jne), pyykinpesuaine ja kaikki perus asumiseen tarvittava välineistö. Makuuhuoneessa parisänky ja muissa huoneissa lisäksi 2 levitettävää sohvasänkyä. Rovaniemelle matkaa 120km. Kemiin ja Tornioon 20km.

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
