Lakeside Shepherd Hut in Secluded Woodland Setting

Enjoy a restful break from a busy life, back in nature's arms. Stop look and listen to the wind blowing through the trees, the light glistening off the water and let the world go by. The hut is comfortable with modern facilities for short or long stays. Set in the countryside, in a wooded area which is surrounded by fields, beside Fairbourne Lake covering 4.8 acres. There is a further 3.2 acres of woodland on private land, to wander at your leisure. All not far from Romsey and the Test Valley.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Beautiful architect designed barn set in private woodland of over 50 acres. John's Barn was the result of a conversion of an existing barn. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The natural woodland, fields, lake and river give the chance to get back to nature and is ideal for children to explore. The wildlife includes herds of deer that you will see up close. The barn is situated 2 miles from the New Forest Park national park.
