The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses, sheep and cattle grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. Sitting within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and on the door step of the National Arboretum and Badminton estate home to the world renowned horse trials, the cottage is ideally placed in the tranquil Wiltshire village of Sopworth. Available for short or longer breaks. Welcome pack provided. Sorry but no pets or all male groups allowed.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Cotswold Summerhouse

The Summerhouse is a detached stone cottage, situated in a stunning hillside location, set within it's own large private garden. It has a log burner , with logs supplied, for cosy nights by the fire , Netflix on a smart tv , and everything you need for a relaxing break. There is a small country pub The Kings Head within a 5 minute walk. The cottage has the benefit of off road parking on a shared drive. A great base to explore Cirencester , Stroud and many lovely surrounding villages.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

An traditional Cotswold house on the edge of ancient woodland, with views across the stunning Owlpen valley. Newly refurbished in January 2017, this home offers a chance to escape from the busy pace of life in the middle of nowhere. Farmhouse kitchen with dining table on the ground floor, along with a dining room with open fire & living room with country views. One twin room with adjoining bathroom on the ground floor and two further double bedrooms, plus family bathroom upstairs.

Street Farm Studio

Charming self-contained studio flat in the Cotswold village of Shipton Moyne. The private room is built into the 17th century farmhouse and features original oak beams and a log burner. The Studio is perfect for weekend getaways with amazing local places like Westonbirt Arboretum, Highgrove Gardens and the historic town of Tetbury. The village has a lovely pub 200 yards down the road and amazing routes to walk without having to drive anywhere.

Walkley Wood Cottage is a pretty, semi-detached cottage set over 4 floors and full of cosy character. Perfect for up to 3 guests. It has the best of both worlds, beautiful scenery and walks are on the doorstep, plus a range of interesting shops, pubs, delis and restaurants are just a 10 minute walk away in the artistic market town of Nailsworth. A great base to relax, or to explore Bath, Tetbury, Westonbirt and the Cotswolds.
