You will love the easy walk to the beach , the quiet leafy street and home designed for privacy and easy living while you kick back and relax Guest have access to the entire property, including large car port , massive rear deck overlooking the 6 person spa deck. Bbq, full laundry with dryer . Webber bbq , indoor and outdoor living areas. All kitchen utensils and basics Bedding and towels supplied per guest numbers at time of booking We like to give our guests total privacy , and will be contactable via air BnB or phone during your stay Sunshine Beach is best known for its fabulous patrolled sands, the views from the surf club, and a location that offers many access points to Noosa National Park. Noosa’s Main Street and the boutiques of Hastings Street are only a short drive away. Walking distance to beach - 6 mins Walking distance to shops- 5 mins As per google maps app Self check in and check out with use of a lock box for keys Both spa and gardens are maintained weekly . This occurs each Wednesday or Friday for approx an hour and should not disturb guests. Please advise us should you wish for this not to occur during your stay. Winter stays - firewood is supplied subject to availability, & cannot be guaranteed, the home has full reverse cycle air conditioning Please advise of guest numbers at time of booking as linen and beds are made up according to total guest numbers

Die-for deck in the trees, fishing and wilderness type kayaking (provided) from garden. Kids adore it, parents too. Sit around a fire by the river cooking snags under the stars and listening to the mullet splashing. Maybe the kids have a line in the river (fishing gear provided). Noosa so near. Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
