The cottage is just minutes from Downtown FW, Dickies arena, TCU, FW Zoo, Magnolia street, and the hospital districts. Guests have private access and street parking. The location is very safe and peaceful at night. We are blocks away from the famous Magnolia Street; We highly encourage our guests to explore Magnolia Street (Shops, Restaurants, and Bars) — it's a 15 minute walk and few minutes drive to everything!

A charming Queen Anne Victorian cottage welcomes you from the front porch swing to a record player to a sunroom & covered back patio! Our humble home has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath; 1 queen size bed & 1 daybed with trundle houses 1-4 guests. A futon in the sunroom makes for 1 more small sleeping space. Kitchen is lightly equipped.
