Duynzoom 4 is a luxurious 8-person villa with a wellness tub, Finnish sauna, outdoor shower, fireplace, and kitchen. The villa is located in Park Duynzoom, near De Koog and the beach. The living room opens onto a sunny terrace with a dining table. A fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and cozy seating complete the house. With 4 bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, a spacious garden, and parking, this villa offers a perfect stay. A crib, high chair, and stair gates are available.

Onze unieke get-away van Boutique hotel Texel. Midden in onze hoteltuin staat dit vrijstaand huisje. Een echte secret escape voor het ultieme romantische gevoel. De suite is opgebouwd uit 3 lagen. Bij binnenkomst een lounge met comfortabel zitgedeelte. Met een paar traptrede naar beneden vind je een vrijstaand bad met separate badkamer met Sun shower en regendouche. Via een trap vanuit de lounge komt je uit op de vide waar het hemelbed zich bevind en droom je letterlijk weg onder de sterren.

Luxury guest suite with hot tub

We would like to welcome you to the guest suite Het Duinroosje! This part of the house was completed in July 2024 and opened to our guests in August. The luxurious and atmospheric guest suite is rural, but centrally located on Texel. This also makes it ideal for business guests. The guest suite has its own parking space, possibly with a charging point for electric cars. From the private terrace, with the wood-fired hot tub, you have an unobstructed view of the fields with Texel sheep.
