Modern holiday home, on the beach in the prestigious Pines enclave. This stylish, contemporary 4 bed house is set on 1 level and will sleep 2/3 families & 14 guests. The property is on 2330m of land, in a forest setting with a large flat front lawn. The 4.5km white sand beach is a short stroll across the foreshore reserve & the golf course is a 2min walk away. The rear deck enjoys forest views whilst the master & guest bedrooms, living areas & front deck all enjoy glorious unobstructed sea vews.

Fabulous on Thames coast. Stylish, well appointed 1 bedroom cottage, open plan living, dining, kitchen with direct access to lovely outdoor relaxation areas. A quiet haven off the main road, only 100 mtrs easy walk to beach reserve and fishing. Enjoy the birdsong, sunrise and daytime hours in the shady, tropical garden at the rear of the house with its generous outdoor seating and dining facilities, and take in the sunset from the deck and coastal garden in the front of the house.

This 2 bedroom house was completed in 2017 and can accommodate up to 6 adults - there are 2 Queen beds and a fold out couch. It has a large deck with outdoor furniture and sea views.
