Our perfectly positioned modern villa is well equipped for that relaxing getaway or break on the Coromandel. Located overlooking Matarangi Golf Course's & private lake with two decks, this is a great spot to watch the sun come up with a coffee, and too finish the evenings as the sun sets across the Coromandel range with a nice glass of something! A short stroll to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Matarangi beach. Cafe, Four Square Supermarket & Fish'n'chip shop a short stroll too.

Walk drive to restaurants and cafes. 3km drive from our property is a unique passenger ferry taking 5 minutes to restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and supermarkets. We are blessed to be surrounded by 4 lovely beaches.
