Located overlooking Matarangi Golf Course's & private lake with two decks, this is a great spot to watch the sun come up with a coffee, and too finish the evenings as the sun sets across the Coromandel range with a nice glass of something! A short stroll to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Matarangi beach. Cafe, Four Square Supermarket & Fish'n'chip shop a short stroll too.

Our 60m2 Villas situated on 1/2 an acre with stunning gardens and surrounded by native bush, a 5 minute walk to Cooks Beach, a takeaway and 2 restaurants..
