Ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα στην καρδιά του Παληού. Άμεση πρόσβαση σε οργανωμένη παραλία , μόλις στα 50 μ.. Βρίσκεται σε ήρεμη τοποθεσια κοντά στο κέντρο της Καβάλας αλλά και σε παραθαλάσσιες τουριστικές περιοχές . Διαθέτει δωρεάν πάρκινγκ ακριβώς κάτω από την πολυκατοικία . Βρίσκεται στα 400μ από μαγαζί με πρωινό - καφέ αλλά και σε γνωστές ταβέρνες της περιοχής στα 200 μ .
