Ultra clean Non Smokers and sorry No Pets No cooking except microwave, toaster, coffee maker and hot pot. Please No shoes to be worn inside.

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

This property boasts 2 levels, deluxe master bedroom/bathroom/patio is situated on the first level, and the living room/kitchen/ half bath/balcony on the 2nd level. Quiet and private. Oakview Place is a quiet, cozy 1-bedroom retreat in the prestigious San Roque neighborhood. After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

Simple studio space located near East Beach and the Rainbow arch. Great location to walk around or hangout at the beach, if you're looking to go downtown its about a 30 minute walk to lower state street or the pier area along the beach or a quick drive.
