The apartment occupies an upper floor of a Grade II listed building completed in 1886, sandstone, red brick and tall arched windows raised during Liverpool's mercantile century, its proportions are anything but ordinary. Inside, 80 m² of open-plan loft: a king-size bedroom, a sofa bed in the living area, floor-to-ceiling windows that span the length of the space, a fully fitted kitchen and a smart-lock door so you let yourself in. It has also been used as a filming location, you'll see why.

We can recommend plenty of places to visit as we want you to fall in love with this amazing city just as much as we have. IMPORTANT NOTE: The lift is currently out of use and under repair. Although it’s only on the first floor there are 4 small flights of stairs to climb. This is out of our control and we can only apologise.
