Laughing Kookaburras can be heard regularly and you will be surrounded by other bird species including the splendid fairy wrens and grey fantails. Resident koalas can be heard calling and occasionally come around the house (Usually after dark). Full of character, part of this house is of a historical nature and was built in the late 1800’s.

Our fully fenced 1.3 acre garden/yard makes a wonderful place for children and pets to play on the lawn and Swings. It features outdoor living with a large deck and BBQ and seating under the trees too. The rural outlook features Winter Hill lookout and a glimpse of the sea down through Happy Valley. Sand-boards and boogie boards are also available to use too
