Studio apartment with a great view of Brisbane City. There is a stove, crockery and cutlery. There is access to a gym with treadmill, cross trainer, weights, rower and a bike. Only 2 minutes from the train station (5 stations to the CBD) and bus stop. Very close to local restaurants, a small supermarket, and many cafes. Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

You'll love the leafy views from our self-contained garden cottage. We are high on the hill in convenient Mitchelton with great NNE aspect. It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)

Our apartment is set on level 20 rising high above the city with 180° uninterrupted views of the beautiful Brisbane river from the living room. Thoughtfully decorated and furnished, this apartment will be the perfect base for you to explore and experience all that beautiful South Brisbane has to offer. Leave your car parked and walk to South Bank Parklands , GOMA, QPAC, Star Casino and experience the wonderful restaurants of South Brisbane and West End. A 15 walk to Suncorp stadium!

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
