The Maastunnel will take you 10 minutes on bicycle to historic Delfshaven and 15 minutes to the city centre of Rotterdam. Take the Ferry to Katendrecht (6 minutes) and you will find yourself in the urban industrial part of the city with many restaurants & bars. Dichtbij Keukenhof, Soldaat van Oranje en gunstig gelegen t.o.v. Amsterdam, Den Haag, Haarlem en Leiden.

Het vakantieverblijf bevind zich op 3 minuten loopafstand van zowel het strand en de duinen als het gezellige centrum van Katwijk. Met het openbaar vervoer ben je in korte tijd in het historische Leiden, met zijn musea, grachten en bruisende sfeer. Met de trein is ook Amsterdam snel te bereiken.

If you want to take a short walk in the area, there are several parks within walking distance, with the highlight being Oud-Poelgeest Castle.

The apartment is situated in a little fishermanns house from 1905 in a typical cosy authentic neighbourhood in the centre of Zandvoort. The house is totaly renovated. It meets all modern standards. Near the beach, busstation, trainstation, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.

Loft in oude Brandweerkazerne van Wijk aan Zee

Kom overnachten in de oude Wilhelminaschool uit 1884. In een rustige straat ligt ons gebouw dat ooit als school werd gebouwd, toen als Brandweerkazerne fungeerde en waar wij nu mogen wonen. Dit derde klaslokaal is met veel liefde en geduld opgeknapt en is nu omgetoverd tot een knusse Loft van 70m2. Omdat de ruimte een open trap en vrij open balustrade heeft is het appartement niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Kids vanaf 7 jaar zijn welkom.
