Spacious cottage on Lake Charlevoix that has been completely remodeled! The cottage shares a large, 1-acre property with a house that is listed separately. Both can be rented together. One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock. (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

Bring your boat, we have 150' of dock!! Launch next door. Riverfront cabin in the woods with a hot tub overlooking the water. The cabin is very comfortable & is ready for guests to enjoy! It has 3 bedrooms & can comfortably sleep 6 people. Very private with ducks, swans, deer and a bald eagle to enjoy! Only house in area is in our family as well so no neighbors. Escape technology (no internet or cable but Verizon and AT&T have coverage) & enjoy peace & quiet! Please note no air conditioning.

Few minutes walking distance to the beautiful, sandy Lake Michigan beach, as the property adjoins the Petoskey State Park. Not directly located on Little Traverse Bay - short walk to beach. Chalets are on the Little Traverse Wheelway bike trail which connects Harbor Springs-Petoskey-Charlevoix-Mackinaw City. Location a short drive to world class golf courses. Hike, bike, or cross-country ski right out your door!
