The property is on over a 2 acre parcel so there's plenty of room to spread out. At our cottage you will find a comfortable bed, stylish furniture, high-end finishes, a large island, screened-in outdoor dining table, and a great outdoor space with a private hot tub. We also have a concept2 rower available in the garage.

This apartment is a guest suite attached to the main living area of the home and is completely private, however there is a resident who lives in the main part of the home.

Centrally located in Sarasota. About 6 miles from Siesta Key Beach and the downtown area, 10 minutes away from I-75, and about 15-20 minutes away from the airport and University Parkway. This unit is attached to the main house with a private entrance. A designated concrete parking space is located in the front yard. The neighborhood is family friendly and very safe.
