This is a private basement studio (one room) with a bathroom, full kitchen, living space with a queen size pull out sofa and a queen bed. My place is a 5 minute walk to the Othello Light Rail, and from there you'll have easy access to all of Seattle without the hassle of parking or the cost of a car rental. You’ll love it here because it's comfortable and close to everything. My place is good for couples, a family with small children, and good friends who don't mind sharing close quarters.

Located in north Renton, WA, only 15min. drive to Sea-Tac airport and Bellevue downtown and 25min. to Seattle downtown. 3-4 min drive to the nearest mall, within walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants. King county metro bus stops, route 240,105, and 111 are all with in 5-7min walking distance from my house.

Kick back and relax in this calm, charming space in the beautiful Seward Park neighborhood. Clean and comfortable in a quiet, private location. A few blocks from Lake Washington access at Martha Washington Park, and a 5 minute drive / 20 minute walk to Seward Park. Close to public transportation (5 minute walk to the bus or 20 minute walk to Othello light rail station) and a quick drive to the airport, downtown, Capital Hill, and all the fun Seattle has to offer.

Private Garden Cottage

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.

A warm sweet private studio near Sea-Tac Airport! Just a 10 mins drive to the airport, 20 mins to Chinatown and Downtown Seattle. The owners live next door, please no loud noise after 11PM. For those guests who have electric car need to be charge, please let the owner (who lives next door) or the host know so we can arrange the outlet for you to charge your car and we do charge $20 dollar per day. We will charge extra $50 dollars for very messy room.
