Remodeled in 2015 and thoughtfully designed with a smaller footprint in mind, the Studio is steps from Lake Washington and filled with natural light from an east-facing wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. Despite its smaller footprint, it has a full kitchen, a queen bed with an organic mattress and Avocado topper, dining and workspace areas, and a spacious walk-in steam shower.

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks.
