Tucked Away in Central C-ville.

Park your car and leave it there since this flat is a 5 minute walk to Uva, 10 minutes to the downtown mall and less to West Main. It offers a lot of privacy with the help of surrounding trees and a rear entrance (opposite our house). Placed in the rear of our lot, it's perched above our studio/office and interestingly elevated above the surrounding lots and back yards. Completed in March 2022, the apartment includes high end finishes, tons of closet/storage space and no shortage of charm.

A cozy Milton Grigg designed cottage and detached carriage house three minutes walk to the Lawn and ten minutes walk to the Stadium. Nestled in a wooded neighborhood. Perfect for visiting parents, UVA chapel weddings, med student rotations, and football games. NOTE: The cottage sleeps five adults and the carriage house two adults.
