Overlooking The South Downs on the South Cycle Route ,in close proximity to Bosham, Chichester, and the sandy beaches of The Witterings is the annex to Oak House. On offer is a converted barn, containing 2 double bedrooms bathroom sitting room and fully equipped kitchen with self service breakfast included. Please be advised that the staircase is quite steep but there is a banister and stair gate. if required. Guests can see the animals in fields the goats live off the end of the small garden

The Bay Tree - Central & Quiet Location

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. The room is quiet, light & airy, with a king size bed and shuttered windows. Free off street parking and WiFi included.

Large, sunny room in village house

Huge room with balcony, en suite bath/shower room, TV, fridge, kettle and toaster. A DIY breakfast is provided: toast, yoghurt, fruit, etc. The Clarendon Way passes our front door and we are close to Winchester, Salisbury and the New Forest. The River Test flows through the village and there are fabulous walks and bike rides near by. There is a country pub serving food a 5 min walk away. Bicycles can be stored securely in our garage.

Double room in a beautiful rural cottage

A quintessentially English country cottage tucked away down a lane surrounded by woods and fields and yet only a 15 minute drive from the heart of the beautiful city of Winchester, this is the perfect rural retreat to relax and explore the South Downs National Park. Please note breakfast consists of coffee, teas, orange juice, toast, jams and honey, cornflakes or muslei, yoghurt and fruit. Also eggs if wanted.

Pretty self contained annexe in grounds of a medieval listed farmhouse, well equipped kitchen, 2 cosy double bedrooms TVs, lounge with sofa bed, small shower and toilet, hot tub must be booked for private use . 17th Century ‘home’ 2 minutes from town centre beside the Cathedral close - I have three rooms 2 single, 1 double room with King size 4 poster bed, with a toilet and sink next door. Second floor bedroom and private bathroom in prime location. Quiet location but only 300m to zigzag path to beach and cliff lift and 150m to local high-street, shops and restaurants. Easy access to buses to town centre, short walk to Pokesdown train station. Off-road parking and use of front garden, table and chairs. Smoking allowed outside.
