Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ενιαίος και είναι ενα αυτόνομο τμήμα ενος μεγαλύτερου οικήματος .Ένας όμορφος κήπος με ιδιωτικό παρκιν, μπάρμπεκιου και πισινα εκτείνεται μπροστά του, πλαισιωμένος και προστατευμένος απο καταπράσινα φυτά. Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

The groundfloor of the main building includes one double bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and separate WC.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Τρικάλων το "Βαρουσι". Μόλις 5’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Η ησυχία και η αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε χωριό το διακρίνει. Μια γραφική, όμορφη, ζεστή γειτονιά από άλλη εποχή, ακριβώς κάτω από το κάστρο, δίπλα στον λόφο του προφήτη Ηλία, περικυκλωμένο από εκκλησίες. We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The ground floor has been reformed to a functional 45 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Skopelos in the best way.
