Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 4 άτομα προσφέροντας άνετη διαμονή με στιγμές χαλάρωσης αγναντεύοντας την οροσειρά των Αγράφων. There is a private little beach at the bottom of the hill that is pebble (warning it is a little bit of a hike). Home is equipped with a kitchen, living room, and dining room. The two level house (30 meters from the sea) consists of a nicely decorated living room with WC, that leads to a fully equipped kitchen which has direct access to the garden for outdoor dining. On the first level, there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms with their own balcony, one of which has a magnificent view of the sea. The house has stone floors which makes it cool,especially during the summer! It has also an outside douche, kiosk and barbeque. The house is part of a complex called Kallidendro.

Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ενιαίος και είναι ενα αυτόνομο τμήμα ενος μεγαλύτερου οικήματος .Ένας όμορφος κήπος με ιδιωτικό παρκιν, μπάρμπεκιου και πισινα εκτείνεται μπροστά του, πλαισιωμένος και προστατευμένος απο καταπράσινα φυτά.
