We have private river access for fishing from our garden, scenic walks and cycle rides from the door step, & excellent local pub within 15 min walk. Swallow Barn

Converted rustic barn adjacent to main house. Access over gravel driveway. Private building with shared garden. Light and airy with French windows and roof lights. Exposed original beams. 2 rooms plus ensuite shower/loo. Please specify super kingsize OR twin beds when booking. Situated in a quiet village with easy access to Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Cambridge, Norwich and coast. Friendly hosts, chickens, dog and cats on property and fresh eggs supplied. Swallow barn is a writer’s paradise!

The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

Self contained detached annexe in Thetford

A peaceful getaway with patio leading to large shrubbery garden with grounds leading to lake and river. Situated on edge of historic town, home of the Dad’s Army museum and British Trust for Ornithology (BTO). Close to Thetford forest for walking, cycling and bird watching. On the Norfolk cycle route - Rebellion Way. Ideally situated for the Peddars Way walk. East Anglian Coast within easy reach. Cottage contains fully fitted kitchen/dining room, wet room and comfy double bed.

The Dovecote A11

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.

Tapestry Cottage, East Harling, Norfolk

Tapestry Cottage is perfect for a break. This self-catering cottage nestles in East Harling on one of the oldest streets and villages in Breckland. Just 2 minute walk to the local pubs, The Swan , The Nags Head and Social Club, local Chinese and Rumbles Fish & Chip Shop. Perfect for race enthusiasts , just 5 minutes drive to Snetterton race track, 25 minutes to Norwich and 45 minutes to Cambridge. Wren cottage is located in the heart of Thetford Forest. This stylish and luxurious studio apartment has direct access to the forest and is nestled next to the beautiful Lynford Lakes with it's own man made beach. This is popular with open water swimmers and paddle boarders. Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance. A perfect relaxing retreat in the forest. Don't forget to bring your bike and get exploring!

My converted barn is in Snetterton village, ideal for Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridge. Located down a no through country road, but with the A11 just two mins away you will not believe how secluded you feel tucked away from the world The room is bright & spacious, with walk in en suite shower, with food prep area and has direct access onto the garden & patio area. You access the room directly from outside, so you can come & go to suit, your own private entrance

The Chestnuts Pod with private garden.

The pod is located in its private, self contained area at the end of the large garden of our mid-terrace house. The pod has all facilities provided including fridge, microwave, toaster and TV. Beside the pod is an electric George Foreman Grill.The bathroom has an electric compact shower with mains supplied water and toilet. The garden is secluded, peaceful and full of wildlife. The pod also has its own private parking space and free WiFi.

The Old Stables

The Old Stables is a charming self contained annex to the front of our property with free parking on premises. Situated in a quiet location near The Grange Hotel and within approx half of a mile walking distance into Thurston Village. We live in the main house which is attached to the annex with our two quiet dogs. We are generally on hand to help with any questions or advise on the local area.
