For general clubbing and loud bars, visit Granville St. Granville is packed with clubbers on the weekends. If you prefer a quieter and more mature environment I would still recommend Gastown.

If you want to go somewhere that is a cross between Top 40 and Country, I'd go here. You can expect body shots and maybe some line dancing!
