You can compare the Stuttgarter Wasen to the Oktoberfest in Munich. The Beer Festival takes place in autumn (26.09.14-12.10.14) and in spring (18.04.15-10.05.15).

It is the Swabian Oktoberfest, like in Munich. But only in apr/may and sep/oct.
