Just a short stroll from Kelso's beautiful cobbled square and now in it's second decade, Oscar's is much loved by locals and established as a firm favourite with visitors to the town. The 'Specials' board compliments the regular menu featuring Border Lamb, Game and briny fresh seafood caught along the Scottish Border coastline. Open evenings Monday 6pm - 9pm Wednesday - Saturdays 6pm - 9pm
