Excellent gourmet foods. In summer, have home made ice cream in the center of town. Highly recommended.

Hayek Market has been a fixture in Newton since 1939. Local market 1/2mile away. Open from 7am-7:30pm. It is a market selling produce and meat but also makes awesome sandwiches. They also have dinners to go. Plus and outside ice cream stand in the summer with delicious homemade ice cream! Love this place

Great picnic fare, fresh food, essentials in a convenience type store. Take out sandwiches,soups,meals, all fresh and delish! Also ice cream and baked goods, voted best deli consistently.
