In the early days of the National Geographic Society, Old Faithful Geyser of California was declared one of only three “faithful” geysers in the world because of its regular eruptions. Old Faithful erupts every 30 - 40 minutes. This is quite a site to see and a great place to get a bit of education about the earth and geysers in general. Great website. Great area for taking children. Goat farm, gardens, picnic area, bocce ball, museum, and gift shop.

An impressive geyser and a great picnic spot for kids. This is just across the county line in Napa and is a great spot on your way to or back from Clearlake
