Vibrant, lively, eclectic mix of stalls, vendors, exhibits, experiences and entertainment. When the sun is shining, this is Macclesfield town and it’s people at their finest…and when it’s pouring down…it’s actually still pretty good! It’s only on the first Sunday of the month - unless there’s a bank holiday or Christmas or any other reason it should be on more often! Check the Treacle Market website, Facebook or Instagram for dates to be sure.

A fabulous market held on the last Sunday of every month with over 100 stalls selling locally produced food, vintage furniture and cloths, crafts and paintings. The stalls are in the Marketplace and stretch into the surrounding streets. There is usually live music in the square.

Held on the last Sunday of every month. the Treacle Market brings together an eclectic mix of stalls to browse. There's antiques, vintage, arts and crafts, garden furniture, plants, paintings, photographs and live music. And there's food. Lots of yummy food. Forgo breakfast, or lunch, before your visit and you'll be very glad you did.

Once a month market in nearby Macclesfield town is so worth a visit for good artisan food and vintage finds.
