They do have a dress code.....it's basically at least casual business dress..no jeans, workout clothes, etc...very small speakeasy but fantastic cocktails. If the blue light is on, that means they're open.

A speakeasy without signage -- best drinks in Old Town. Located near the corner of King and Columbus street in Old Town -- is open when the blue light is on.
