All the way on top in one of the towers offers amazing views of the city and really quality food. A bit on the pricey side but worth it. Recommend the shrimp sandwich.

On the 23d floor in one of the famous Gothia Towers – here you have a terrific view over Gothenburg, famous swedish schrimp sandwiches and nice drinks. A little bit more expensive, but you get the view!

Two reasons, one is that they offer the most famous shrimp sandwich in town, it's a popular sandwich in the Gothenburg area that I recommend to try. Second reason is the scenery, it's one of the best views over Gothenburg.
