Nine-tap tasting room rotates a selection of the brewery's IPAs, session ales, witbiers and stouts. Sing Sing is Ossining's original name and the name of the prison located here. The brewery is named for the "kill" (or creek) that runs through the village. Open Thu.-Sun.
