THE BEST Hot Chicken! Nashville has recently exploded with Hot Chicken joints run by New Yorkers and Californians. Hot Chicken is an experience. Authentic places have walk-up windows and rarely have more than a few plastic chairs and tables. There may or may not be air conditioning but it's supposed to be hot, right? *BE WARNED, Hot is HOTTT
