L’Etale, which is located near the Pleney lift and l’Opera nightclub, is reputed to be one of Morzine's best restaurants. If you’re after traditional dishes like fondue and raclette, or you’re after something lighter, like a salad, L’Etale has it all. From my experience, it can get very busy, so book ahead and be prepared for a longer evening.

A great atmosphere and a great menu with many traditional French favourites. Good options for vegetarians and children too. Lovely garden for eating al fresco on sunny days.

Good service, great food ranging from pizzas to Savoyard specialities. Note: This restaurant will not be open during Summer 2020
