The National Army Museum is the British Army's central museum. It is located in the Chelsea district of central London, adjacent to the Royal Hospital Chelsea, the home of the "Chelsea Pensioners"

A brilliant, child friendly, interactive museum. Slightly off the beaten track. Free entry and a lovely cafe. It’s just over a mile away from the flat and it’s a lovely walk, mostly along the river. Or you can get the 170 bus from the top of Battersea Bridge. Get off at the National Army Museum bus stop.
