Fine dining place. One of the best restaurants in Tallinn. Reservation is necessary.

It is out of city (with taxi around 10eur) but is amazing place. Summer there is also open a terrace. Great for dinner or brunch. View to the sea as it is only a few steps from it and you can see the whole coastline. Check their website. It is a nice tip.

NOA has two sections - the Restaurant and chef's hall. Chef's hall recently received first Michelin star in Estonia (together with 180 degrees restaurant in Noblessner port). If you want to enjoy seaside with a coctail or dinner, NOA is definitely a place to try. Skip the Chef's hall if 400 EUR for 2 person dinner is too much :)
