The Kit House

The Kit House is a perfect place for a weekend with friends or family! An open floor plan and a full kitchen makes the downstairs ideal for gathering. This early 1900s Sears Roebuck home has been fully renovated to include updated amenities while keeping some vintage charm. A five-minute drive from Seneca Rocks and a perfect get away for your climbing, hiking, fishing, caving, and skiing trips. This quirky, homey, recently renovated farm house is at the epicenter of Canaan Valley, Spruce Knob, North Mountain trail, and the Dolly Sods. A fantastic location for lovers of the outdoors or those in need of a rest. Enjoy the Allegheny Mountain views of the Monongahela National Forest, the neighbors horses, and be lucky enough to be lulled to sleep by the whippoorwill!

Charming 120-year-old Victorian home in located in downtown Parsons within the border of the Monongahela National Forest. About 20 mins southeast of Davis, it's just a short drive from Canaan Valley, Timberline Ski Resort, Blackwater Falls, & a large network of trails & stunning scenery. Accommodations include 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry & parking, Wi-Fi, & a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bed & bath linens provided. Dogs only for a fee.

Relax in a dog & kid-friendly restored 1901 farm house in Davis WV. Enjoy a charming, historic home in town, a 10 min. walk from restaurants, cafe, breweries, cocktail lounge, & hiking trails. There are nice views and good space for socializing. No loud parties, however. Enjoy the large table & bar. 5 minute drive to the Purple Fiddle & other amenities in Thomas, or to Blackwater Falls State Park. 15 min. drive to Canaan Valley. three bedroom home with a large front porch. It sits behind a small country church so it is peaceful. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a walkin shower and a shower seat. The living room and all three bedrooms have televisions. this house sits about two miles from beautiful South Mill Creek Lake and 8 miles from Smoke Hole. The house has starlink and it works really well. There is also a landline phone.
