Baan Boon /cozy urban oasis near BTS

This house is located inside the closed compound of “Baan Boon homestay”. Newly renovated, with 1 BR/ 1 BA each floor. The neighborhood is all about locals. Very quiet at night yet so close to the BTS (S9 station) We live in the other houses on the property as well. Feel free to ask for local recommendations when we meet. Cleaning will be done every 7 days or halfway through your stay if the booking is longer than a week. Breakfast can be served on request with extra fee.

Regarding the earthquake on March 28, 2025, all the lifts, 2 swimming pools and 2 gyms have returned to normal now in the building! Professional engineers have carefully inspected the building and concluded that no any structural damage or any safety hazards. You can click my profile to check my other 1 bedroom apartment in the same building. This is not a shared apartment. It includes 1 bedroom, 1 livingroom, 1 bathroom and balcony ( completely privite)

Nice 2-storey townhouse in local neighborhood area

A 2-storey townhouse, nice decorated interior. There is a big table in the middle for your big meal or working space with hi-speed Wi-Fi. The unit is easy to access. Just access the front door you will immediately get your space, no need to access through the public lobby or face to building staff. It's easy for food delivery arrive at your doorstep. Or you can do some cooking at our modern kitchen. And also there are many shops around to survey..
