Make your stay in an entire, secluded and very private studio that’s one mile from Hwy 99 just minutes away from Lodi, Galt, Elk Grove plus many popular wineries. Local inquiries are rarely accepted. What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

Welcome to the Georgiana Slough: a gorgeous, slow-moving and quiet river. The River House is the only house in the area built right on the water. It's almost like being on a houseboat, and you can fish right from the deck! Kayaks are provided. Relax, swim, boat, or fish with otters, beavers, sea lions, owls, herons and more! We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.

We are located in the California Gold Country, close enough for day trips to San Francisco, Napa, rafting on the American River, and even Yosemite. . You’ll love my place because of the tranquil country feel. We are perfectly situated if you are in town for any of the Rancho Murieta Equestrian events and just a quick drive up to Sutter Creek or Calavaras Big Trees. It is not completely sound proof and there is a possibility you may hear our family on occasion. This is a quiet neighborhood, no pet and party is allowed, requesting our all guests not to make any loud noise….to bring and keep any sort of recording devices is prohibited inside the unit.
