Notice the herron flying low, swans in the bay, and eagles keeping watch from a tree .

With its extra large windows this luxury but homey cottage was designed for star gazing and watching the sunset from the comfort off the living room or its beautiful 10 foot kitchen island.

This one of a kind property features 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. There is a full kitchen for indoor cooking and BBQ for outdoor cooking. There is a paddle board, kayak, firepit located beachside and another top side. A beautiful cedar hot tub to soak in on those cool nights year round.

In the winter, cozy up by the woodstove in the living room and catch up on your favorite TV shows.

The Urban Cottage on Earl is located in the heart of Kingston's historic Sydenham Ward and is within 2-3 blocks of KGH, Hotel Dieu, Queen's University, Lake Ontario and Kingston's vibrant downtown. Whether you are coming to Kingston for work or play, The Urban Cottage has all the conveniences of a downtown city home coupled with a relaxed cottage feel. Our cottage is the perfect place to relax with family or a few friends, and enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is very private and you will have the entire property and cottage to yourself. it’s the perfect peaceful hideaway. The cottage is warm and cozy with gorgeous views of cranberry lake Our place is Great for nature walks, biking, swimming and enjoying the outdoors. Also for fishing/ice fishing and snowmobiling trails are close by.

Badger's Sett - Estate on point with hot tub

This sprawling, majestic home situated on a private point boasts spectacular water views and unbelievable sunsets. The whole family or group of friends will have plenty of space to come together as a group or spread out and enjoy quiet time across 4 buildings: Main Home, Bunkie, Hot Tub House & Gazebo. Our wifi is Starlink and reaches across all outbuildings! Note the entrance is monitored by a security camera. Extra guests must be approved in advance. No parties.

Welcome to Headlands Estates in the heart of Rockport. This 2022 built 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom 1400 sq/ft bungalow sits on a 1.5 acre lot and has so much to offer. Centrally located between the historic cities of Kingston and Brockville and only a 3 mins drive from the bridge to the USA. This property is a few hundred metres to the boat launch, thousand island tours, and Rockport Barn and in the middle of everything you could want to enjoy the summer.
