Our home is special for its location providing easy summer access to water on the Deschutes River and easy winter access to snowy adventures on Mt Bachelor. Summer months are booked early by guests who love our peaceful water views and access to their private dock, kayaks & bicycles. Our winter months welcome guests looking to experience snowy pines and easy access to Mt Bachelor's powdery slopes and surrounding trails. Summer or winter guests celebrate our pristine hot tub, morning to evening.

Escape to our family-friendly getaway between Sunriver and Mt. Bachelor! This is a private 2 bedroom stocked kitchen, futon in bonus room on an acre with a hot tub! We are pet friendly with a fenced area for your pet. Relax in the hot tub surrounded by ponderosa pine trees. Cozy up by the wood fire place. We have bikes, tennis rackets, canoe, ect. for you to Enjoy! Take the bikes and ride 2 miles to the river, Store, golfing, tennis, Sunriver Village and more. Only 17m from Mount Bachelor!

Private marina & hot tub — cozy studio Apt with no shared walls. 7-min drive to the Village at Sunriver via S. Century, 20 mins to Bend, 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, and bikes (2 adult + 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits, OWW. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.

Attached only by a laundry room and one wall, it’s peaceful and private. We’d love to host you for a getaway, work trip, or a comfy stop along your journey!

Our cozy cabin is an excellent getaway for anyone who just wants to be surrounded by everything that Central Oregon has to offer. With the National Forest and the La Pine State park just a few minutes away, there are options for hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or ATV rides. During the winter season, activities such as snowboarding, skiing, sledding, and snow mobile rides are only within 40 minutes away at Mt. Bachelor. City life in Bend is only 30 min away.

Nestled on the banks of the Deschutes River, this rental house offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. With two bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and two bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates eight guests who desire a peaceful escape. The home provides comfortable beds, local photography, a hot tub, SUPs and kayaks, games for endless family fun.
