Relax with the family at this cozy apartment, in a quiet, leafy residential neighborhood with off street parking … just a few miles from the heart of DC. All-electric, carbon-neutral, dedicated off-street parking with a level 2 car charger. This apartment is not recommended for children under 7 years. This is due to a lack of childproofing and especially the open stairwell entry, which gives it a loft feel, but which could be dangerous when combined with climb-able furniture.

Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

Enjoy a perfect location in the heart of historic Georgetown. Close to shopping and restaurants on the main street, but tucked into the residential area offering a quiet environment. A stylish, renovated English basement offers a private entrance, full kitchen, queen bed in large bedroom and a queen-sized pull out sofa. Updated bathroom connects the living space to the bedroom - complete with decorative fireplace and frame TV. Marble dining table seats four.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
