Ideal für Naturliebhaber & Romantiker. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Wanderungen, Klettern und Baden. Achtung: Wegen Hanglage und steiler Treppen vermieten wir das Haus nur an Familien mit Kindern ab 8 Jahren. Für gehbehinderte Personen nicht geeignet.

L'accesso è sul retro della casa. Salendo dal posteggio due brevi rampe di scale poi si trova il giardino interno. Il giardino annesso è piacevole e discreto assicura intimità e freschezza. La camera è organizzata per preparare colazione e pasti, con frigo, piastra per cucinare e lavastoviglie.

Una grande casa su due piani, ampi spazi, tre camere nel sottotetto, terrazzo al primo piano, giardino e piscina (estate da metà maggio a metà settembre). Qui tutto è a portata di mano: negozi, lago e il famoso “quai” di Ascona con ristoranti che si affacciano sulle Isole di Brissago. L’entrata è in comune con un piccolo due locali; al pian terreno un altro tre locali affittato con airbnb. È una casa che predilige ospiti che amano la tranquillità.

Torre medievale recentemente restaurata, completamente mobiliata con gusto. Piccolo villaggio soleggiato e tranquillo circondato dal verde, sulle rive del lago di Lugano. Spiaggia gratuita raggiungibile a piedi in tre minuti. Sentieri per passeggiate nel bosco. Dieci minuti in automobile dai centri commerciali. Venti minuti in automobile da Lugano (centro città).
