Fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge). Bathroom with bathtub, washer/dryer. Queen bed + sofa bed. Balcony. 3rd floor with lift, quiet area with all amenities. No wifi.

Modern loft / studio with balcony and panoramic lake view. The 1.5 room apartment with separate entrance is located a few meters above the old town of Locarno. A very modern design distinguishes both the architecture and the furnishing of the apartment. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons; a cot can be added. The visitor's tax Fr. 3.25 per person + day has to be paid additionally in cash at the landlord.
