The Colonies at Williamsburg Resort consists of 288 two-bedroom (or 144 four-bedroom) condominiums spread across 27 low-rise buildings. Buildings vary between two and three floors with no elevators. This ad is for weekly rentals beginning on a weekend. Williamsburg is ideal for a family vacation as there is so much to do in the area. You must pay for 7 nights. If you prefer a 2BR unit for up to 6 people, the price will be lower. Please ask me to confirm pricing and availability before reserving.

We are BACK After a 2 year hiatus!! We cannot wait to see all of our wonderful guests again! Beautiful 750 sq. ft. in-law apartment set up in a very efficient setting with open living space and Jack-n-Jill bathroom. Space is very open with cathedral ceilings and sky-lighting. Apartment has it's own separate entrance and dedicated parking space. The apartment has fast, secure wi-fi and is set-up perfectly for traveling professionals!
