Travelers to Berlin, artists will love the excellent acoustics, audio equipment (Nord Stage, Genelec, ...), and the awesome grand piano. This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Kostenlose Parkplätze sind immer leicht zu finden. Für Kleinkinder steht ein Hochstuhl und ein Reisebett bereit (Decken und Kissen dafür bitte mitbringen).

Die Bauweise entspricht einem kleinen Bungalow. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze. Das Studio wird nach jedem Besuch gründlich gereinigt, die Oberfächen desinfiziert. Check in und out eigenständig mit Schlüsselbox.

In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
