We've hosted lovely folks from all over the world since 2017 in our family home--and now, we embark on a renovation journey. Changes for 2/1/26 + New sleeping arrangement; double-bunk bed replaced with 1 King bed + House capacity changes from 10 to 8 + Upgrading living room sofas and chairs + Repainting 3 rooms This is just the start of a broader vision we expect to complete by 2028. Reato House--Cozy comfort away from home, HOT TUB!

This house is a comfy, cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house built in the early 1900's and recently updated. It is in the heart of the Black Hills, minutes from Deadwood. It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. Four person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. Trailer parking available.

The Charming White Cottage

Enjoy your stay in Spearfish at our cozy, 1 bedroom cottage. It is perfect for a couples get away or for someone looking to explore the beautiful Black Hills. Downtown Spearfish and Spearfish Creek are within walking distance to enjoy the bike path and great eateries. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, complete with a memory foam mattress, and walks out to the front porch. Our favorite thing about our cottage is relaxing on the porch swing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Mid-Century Modern Living in the Black Hills

Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

The newly built Little House in the Hills is located on 5 acres and only 1 mile outside of Deadwood, SD. This is the perfect location to access hiking, biking, scenic drives, and tourist attractions. **As we head into the winter months we want you to know that the Black Hills can receive significant snowfall. Nice neighborhood! - TV in master bedroom and living room with Amazon Prime Video, Netflix and YouTube TV. -Wifi -Shampoo, conditioner & body wash for both men and women -Grill -Washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets available -Coffee and coffee maker (drip style) -No cats allowed -No dogs over 40 lbs or under 2 years old allowed -No use of premises for any construction work or storage of construction materials.

Rapid City Black Hills Westside Home 1

The home is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown, easy access to trails and paths, and a good starting point for exploring the Black Hills! We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into home! There is a nice fully fenced back yard, plenty of off street parking, as well as use of the garage (low clearance). I am happy to help with trail maps and directions as you kick off your adventures in the Black Hills.
