Seaside Retreat

This Stylishly renovated home has the ocean literally at its doorstep. This gem is very conveniently located, walking distance to our town centre with cafes, restaurants and bars overlooking our beautiful Bay. Our coastal walking track runs directly past this house, which invites safe and scenic walks or mountain biking. Brand new Cplay Adventure Playground, Penguins & Aquatic centre are also just a stone throw away. Supermarket and Fast food options just a walk across the park.

Green Door Studio

Enjoy the fresh and colourful vibe of this fully decorated studio. It has a queen and single bedroom ( with two single beds ) and a bright kitchenette, dining, living space with couch and freeview tv. It is fully self contained and has its own entrance but is attached to the main house where the hosts live. The kitchenette has a microwave and small appliances for basic cooking/reheating but is not suitable for every night cooking as there is no ventilation for strong odours.

Charming Garden Cottage

Our cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and simplicity, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking peace and relaxation. Nestled on the owner's property, it provides ample distance from the main home, ensuring both privacy and tranquility during your stay. We do have a dog, cat, and quail that is free to roam the property and is very friendly but listing may not be suitable for people who have a fear of friendly dogs. • 我们有一只可以在物业内自由活动且非常友好的狗，但对于害怕友好狗的人来说，本住所可能不适合。

Treat yourself to pancakes or eggs for breakfast

Fresh eggs from our hens plus ingredients to cook yourself pancakes for breakfast! Or treat yourself to egg brekkie instead. Super quiet and private for a relaxing good night sleep on a firm bed with optional extra blankets and pillows. The self-contained guesthouse is adjacent to our home and contains everything you might need. Self check-in means you may not even meet us but we're available when required. Free off-street parking. Professionally cleaned between guests.

Delightful 1-bed barn with stunning mountain views

Come and enjoy a stay on our beautiful lavender and olive farm, with breathtaking mountain views. The Barn has 1 queen-sized bed, 1 sofa bed and private bathroom. There is a microwave, fridge and bbq, tea, coffee, crockery etc You can picnic in the gardens or say hello to the dogs, cats, & alpacas! Breakfast cereals, bread, jams, coffee, teas etc are provided . You can also treat yourself from our range of natural lavender products in our on-site shop.

Self contained bedsit.

Sunny, self contained rooms including separate kitchenette & bathroom with access to shared deck & garden. Own access, twin single beds & free ON STREET PARKING. No extra cleaning fee. I personally clean thoroughly and sanitise all hard surfaces, but expect you to clean, dry & put stuff away that you use where you found them. Bus is Myway, which you book & it picks to up close by or 25-30 minutes walk to town centre, 5 min drive. Supermarket 10 mins walk.

Timaru Central

Built in 1905, and converted to 2 apartments in the 1950's, we live in the other apartment. The apartment is located in Central Timaru, being 5 minutes walk from the central business area and the Caroline Bay beach and facilities. Fully self contained, it suits a range of requirements from a single person staying overnight, to a family wanting a longer stay. Caroline Bay is home to a local small 'Little Blue Penguin' colony.

The Shed and Breakfast

New Zealand's first Shed & Breakfast is the ultimate farm stay experience. The transformed shed is a quaint, self-contained accommodation with a rustic chic atmosphere. 210 hectare organic sheep, beef and crop farm. Enjoy organic home cooked meals! Great for viewing the amazing night skies in this Private garden space which has been converted from a container, Great views from this spot, from the southern alps to the pacific ocean and plenty of countryside in between. A small penguin colony is close by.

Secluded Studio

This is a tidy, spacious studio with a queen bed and an extra fold-down sofa bed if required. You will enjoy the large sunny deck with separate dining and relaxing areas set amongst lush greenery.
