Delightful 1-bed barn with stunning mountain views

Come and enjoy a stay on our beautiful lavender and olive farm, with breathtaking mountain views. The Barn has 1 queen-sized bed, 1 sofa bed and private bathroom. There is a microwave, fridge and bbq, tea, coffee, crockery etc You can picnic in the gardens or say hello to the dogs, cats, sheep, & alpacas! Breakfast cereals, bread, jams, coffee, teas etc are provided . You can also treat yourself from our range of natural lavender products in our on-site shop.

This hidden gem is very conveniently located, close (walking distance) to our town centre with cafes, restaurants and bars overlooking our beautiful Bay. Our coastal walking track runs directly past this house, which invites safe and scenic walks or mountain biking. Aquatic centre and tennis courts are also just a stone throw away. Supermarket and Fast food options just a walk across the park.

Looking for family- friendly or workplace accommodation? We tick all the boxes. With 3 bedrooms, open plan living, big log fire, private off street parking on a flat section. Everything you need for cooking but if you don't feel like it a 1 min drive to a restaurant saves that hassle. There is a trampoline and a big back yard for the kids to burn off some energy. Also a games room with arcade games with toys and board games to keep them amused.

Timaru Central

Built in 1905, and converted to 2 apartments in the 1950's, we live in the other apartment. The apartment is located in Central Timaru, being 5 minutes walk from the central business area and the Caroline Bay beach and facilities. Fully self contained, it suits a range of requirements from a single person staying overnight, to a family wanting a longer stay. Caroline Bay is home to a local small 'Little Blue Penguin' colony.
