A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/bathroom and paved courtyard area. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Set on the grounds of a 200 acre working farm, Park Lodge Cottage dates back to 1760. This newly renovated cottage has maintained the handcrafted oak trusses originally sourced from Coolattin estate, making this an impressive and welcoming space. This beautiful cottage, includes a kitchen/ living area with its own wood burning stove, a double and twin bedroom with separate bath room and utility . Cosy Loft in the Trees

This gorgeous little hut is tucked into the upper corner of a hay barn and has the cosy feel of a treehouse. Set in a peaceful rural spot overlooking open fields, it offers a real sense of escape. Although close to other buildings where we live, it is completely private. Access is via two short flights of sturdy steps leading to a balcony. Kilkenny city is a 20-minute drive away, but a car is essential as there is no public transport. An ideal place to retreat and unwind.

It is 2km from the village of Ballindaggin and a super location to soak up the countryside and explore the treasures of Wexford and beyond.
