Quiet, hilly, pretty 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st floor & queen & twin rooms on 2nd floor. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. WiFi, many moviechannels on the 2 TVs, small deck, umbrella tables, large yard. There may be 2 nite minimum stay on some weekends. The price listed is for 2 guests. Each additional guest, after the first 2, will be $30/nite (reflected in quote when you enter the correct # of guests.)

Spacious studio apartment downstairs in our home with separate entrance, full bath and kitchen stocked with basic cookware and dishes plus coffee, tea, and breakfast items. Fresh eggs when the chickens are laying! Shared laundry available. Sweet outdoor area, fire pit, safe backyard space and large tent available if anyone wants to camp outside! Kid and pet friendly (dogs must be leashed when outside). Short 20 min drive to Ithaca, 30/40 min to Elmira, Corning, Watkins Glen, & Owego.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

Loving Farms Agro-Forest Cabin Tent

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Enjoy a peaceful off-grid stay in this 12 x 24-foot Canvas Tent. The tent has an indoor wood stove, compost toilet, and wash sink. Firewood, potable water, coffee, tea, and hot cereal mix provided. There is also an outdoor picnic area with a fire pit. You can walk, hike, or run trails on our 118 acres of farmland, meadows, and woodland, or just relax, read, meditate, and/or listen to the animals.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Owego, NY the Inn has been meticulously renovated (completed in 2019) and duplicates the original mid-Victorian feel. The Inn has 9 rooms and 5 suites that are classic and modern in comfort. Bar and Dugan House Restaurant, conveniently located directly downstairs.
